  Clarity Breathwork is a powerful healing modality but is not a replacement for professional, licensed mental health care. If you require therapeutic support, please reach out to a licensed therapist or counselor.
• Medication & Mental Health Conditions
  If you are on medication for a mental health condition or have a current clinical diagnosis, please ensure you have permission from a licensed mental health professional to attend this retreat. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.
• Drug, Alcohol, & Smoking-Free Environment
  To maintain a safe and clear space for healing, this retreat is drug and alcohol-free. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside the main retreat space. Please refrain from using any recreational drugs or consuming alcohol during the retreat.
• Intellectual Property
  All materials shared during this retreat are trademarked and belong to Clarity Breathwork. Please do not share, copy, or distribute them outside this training. If you wish to share certain material, please contact us first to obtain permission.
• Practice Conscious Communication
  Speak from your own experience and avoid making statements about others. Share openly while respecting each person's unique journey. Practice loving-kindness and respect in all interactions, fostering a supportive and gossip-free environment.
• Confidentiality is Essential
  Respect the confidentiality of your fellow participants—what is shared in this space stays in this space. Confidentiality ensures a safe and trusting container. Do not discuss personal details or stories of other participants outside of the retreat.
• Conscious Direct Communication & Commitment to a Gossip-Free Environment
  Take responsibility for any reactions or projections you may experience. When issues arise, approach the person directly with an open heart and practice conscious communication to foster genuine connection and understanding.
• Attendance & Punctuality
  Please be on time for all sessions, as each part of the retreat builds on the previous one. If something important arises, notify the facilitators as soon as possible so we can make necessary arrangements. Complete the Training.
• Clarity Breathwork Practice Limitations
  Please refrain from facilitating Clarity Breathwork sessions for others until you have completed the full Level 1–4 Training and received a minimum of four private sessions with the Trainers. This is required to ensure that you become a Qualified Clarity Breathwork Practitioner, are well-prepared and can hold a safe space for others in this powerful modality.
• Respecting the Integrity of the Group
  To maintain a safe and supportive environment, anyone who is not honoring these agreements and causes a disturbance in the group may be asked to leave. This measure is to protect the integrity and well-being of all participants.

Assessment

You will graduate If you fulfill all the course agreements and requirements and when you complete all class assignments and Qualification Requirements. We reserve the right to recommend and/or require further education and support if we see that you are not ready to give one on one sessions. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel more than a month prior to any event, the cancellation fee is $300 per program/person.
• If you cancel the Levels 1–5 Package more than a month prior to any event, the cancellation fee is $1000 per person. 
• If you cancel less than one month prior to the event, there will be no refund.
• In extenuating circumstances we reserve the right to issue a partial refund and/or credit for future events sponsored by us within 12 months of original event date. Refunds are non-transferable.
    

Clarity Breathwork Covid-19 & Force Majeure Policy:

• We highly recommend you purchase travel and cancel for any reason insurance to help retrieve any of your outlay if you need to cancel.
  
• If the retreat is canceled due to Covid-19 or an unforeseen force majeure we will offer a non-transferable full roll-over of Clarity Breathwork Tuition Paid to an online event within a year.
