1. Video Release Waiver: We will be sharing these videos with others who can only join via video under all the same privacy agreements.
2. Clarity Breathwork is not a substitute for professional, licensed mental health care. If you need deeper therapeutic support we advise you to contact a licensed professional.
3. Do not share the link or the materials with others. This is our trademarked intellectual property.
4. Communicate responsibly, share for yourself, not about others in the group. Practice loving kindness towards yourself and others in all your communications.
5. Respect Confidentiality.
6. Do not practice Clarity Breathwork on others until you have completed the Level 1–4 Training program and received a minimum of 4 private sessions with us.

Attendance Requirements 

Levels 3/4 (&5)

Full live attendance on Zoom is required to meet the certification requirements set forth by the Global Professional Breathwork Association.
In the case of true extenuating circumstances, you must notify us well in advance if you will need to miss any portion of class. Any absence must be pre-approved, and you will be required to watch the full recording of what you missed before attending the next session in order to stay current with the training.

Assessment

You will graduate If you fulfill all the course agreements and requirements and when you complete all class assignments and Certification Requirements. We reserve the right to recommend and/or require further education and support if we see that you are not ready to co-lead an Online Ceremony as well as to complete your Certification as a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner. We have decades of experience and will make every effort to ensure your success!

Cancellation Policy & Transfer Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your participation:

•  More than 30 days before the program begins, you may transfer your full payment to another eligible Clarity Breathwork training beginning within two years or receive a refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.
• Between eight and 30 days before the program begins, payments are nonrefundable. You may transfer your payment to another eligible Clarity Breathwork training beginning within two years, subject to a $150 rebooking fee.
• Cancellations made within seven days of the program’s start date, as well as nonattendance, are not eligible for a refund or rollover credit.
• All rollover credits are nontransferable and may be used only by the original participant. Any difference in the price of a future training will be the participant’s responsibility.
• Participants enrolled through a payment plan remain responsible for the agreed tuition unless Clarity Breathwork approves a cancellation in accordance with this policy.
• If Clarity Breathwork cancels a program, participants may transfer their full payment to another eligible program or receive a full refund.
