• Attend all Video Events Live unless you pre-arrange not being there.
• Attendance is required for the Live In-Person Retreat
• Schedule & complete your Private Sessions with Ashanna
• Video Release Waiver: We will be sharing these videos with others in your cohort under all the same privacy agreements.
• Clarity Breathwork, Light Body, and the other Modalities that Ashanna will use are not a substitute for professional, licensed mental health care. If you need deeper therapeutic support we advise you to contact a licensed professional.
• Do not share the link or the materials with others. This is our trademarked intellectual property.
• Communicate responsibly, share for yourself, not about others in the group. Practice loving kindness towards yourself and others in all your communications.
• Respect Confidentiality.

Cancellation Policy

Refund up to May 1, with a $500 fee.
No refunds after May 1
Registration is non-transferable.
We may make an exception in unavoidable and extenuating circumstances.

Covid-19 & Force Majeure Policy:

• We highly recommend you purchase travel and cancel for any reason insurance to help retrieve any of your outlay if you need to cancel.
• If the retreat is canceled due to Covid-19 or an unforeseen force majeure we will offer a non-transferable full roll-over of your Tuition Paid to an online event within a year.
• Please understand, we cannot refund other costs like housing unless the venue agrees and this would be case determined.
