Cancellation Policy & Transfer Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your participation:

  • More than 30 days before the program begins, you may transfer your full payment to another eligible Clarity Breathwork training beginning within two years or receive a refund minus a $300 cancellation fee.

  • Between eight and 30 days before the program begins, payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your payment to another eligible Clarity Breathwork training beginning within two years, subject to a $300 rebooking fee.

  • Cancellations made within seven days of the program’s start date, as well as nonattendance, are not eligible for a refund or rollover credit.

  • All rollover credits are non-transferable and may be used only by the original participant. Any difference in the price of a future training will be the participant’s responsibility.

  • Participants enrolled through a payment plan remain responsible for the agreed tuition unless Clarity Breathwork approves a cancellation in accordance with this policy.

  • If Clarity Breathwork cancels a program, participants may transfer their full payment to another eligible program or receive a full refund.
