Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for Video Courses after one week or if videos and resources have been watched and/or downloaded.

If you have not watched any videos or downloaded any resources from the Video Course and request a refund prior to one week, you have the option to roll over your full payment to a future event to be booked within two years' time or receive a refund minus a $150 admin fee.

Refunds are non-transferable.
