Cancellation Policy

You have the option to roll over your full payment to a future event to be booked within two years time if you cancel before 60 days of the start of the program.

If you cancel more than a month prior to any event, the cancellation fee is $150 per program/person.

If you cancel less than one month prior to the event, the cancellation fee is $300 per program/person.

If you cancel within one week there will be no refund.

In extenuating circumstances we reserve the right to issue a partial refund and/or credit for future events sponsored by us within 12 months of original event date. Refunds are non-transferable.
